Machine Operator- 2nd & 3rd shift

Position Title:

Machine Operator Wage: $17.00 - $18/Hour + Shift Premium

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Hours:

2nd

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday 3rd

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday

We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Employees are trained on 1st shift before transitioning to their permanent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.

• - Load and unload CNC and manufacturing machines
• - Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet specifications
• - Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• - Follow work instructions, process documentation, and quality standards
• - Record production information and complete required paperwork
• - Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues
• - Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• - Make tool changes and machine adjustments as needed
• - Assist with machine setup and operation
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• - Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• - Support training and teamwork initiatives
• - Use material handling and testing equipment as required

• - Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
• - Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• - Ability to use measuring tools or willingness to be trained
• - Strong attention to detail and quality
• - Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
