Spherion is hiring Production Associates for Metalcraft in Beaver Dam, one of Wisconsin's leading manufacturers. For more than 100 years, Metalcraft has built a reputation for investing in its people, having beautiful facilities, promoting from within, and creating long-term career opportunities.
No manufacturing experience? No problem. Many Metalcraft employees started their careers in retail, food service, warehousing, agriculture, and other industries before building successful careers in manufacturing. RoleHighlights:
- -Starting pay: $18/hr+
- -1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
- -No manufacturing experience required
- -On-the-job training provided
