As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production floor by ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of advanced CNC equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining high output standards and precision quality, directly contributing to the excellence of our manufactured components.

You will be responsible for maintaining high output standards and precision quality, directly contributing to the excellence of our manufactured components.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor CNC machinery to ensure production targets are met with high efficiency.
- Execute precise quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and drop indicators to verify component specifications.
- Perform proactive machine maintenance and necessary tool adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Execute seamless machine setups and changeovers to support continuous production cycles.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in accordance with industry standards.
- Identify and escal ... potential quality deviations to ensure only top-tier products proceed through the line.
- Follow detailed process documentation to ensure consistency across all production runs.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed machine operation.
- Capability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or equivalent technical education.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming and complex machine setups.
- Advanced knowledge of precision measurement tools and gauge inspection techniques.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to technical detail.
