Job Summary

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel RN in Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure. Additional certifications may also be required.

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Total Med Travel Job . Salary will be determined and may include a tax-free stipend.
