Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Sign on bonus of $3,500 for Full time and $1,500 for Part time
• payout starting at 90 days over the course of a year
• Shift Differential $1.00 for NOC and $.50 for PM Shift
• Tuition Reimbursement / Student Loan Repayment Program up to $5,250 a year

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following all CBRF/RCAC policies, medication administration procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Provide hands‑on caregiving support, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and mealtime support.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, medication side effects, or concerns, and promptly report updates to the appropriate team member.
• Document medications, care provided, and resident status accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promote resident dignity, choice, comfort, and safety while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including proper medication storage, infection control, and compliance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support.

• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
