Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active licensure by the start date.

• Active LPN/LVN license required by start of assignment (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• LTC or SNF experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years of relevant experience
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate

• Long-term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in a post-acute care environment
• 8-hour day (AM) shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Facility is currently transitioning from Cerner to Epic EMR
• Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and require facility approval before being considered
• 8-hour orientation included
