Job Description:

Join a bustling Emergency Department in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, as a registered nurse on a 13‑week contract working 12‑hour night shifts. This role is ideal for experienced ER nurses with over three years of critical care, looking to take on a leadership opportunity as a charge nurse. You’ll interpret cardiac strips, titrate medications like Propofol, Cardizem, and insulin, and have the chance to train toward a House Supervisor position.

The department features 19 beds, and you’ll work alongside respiratory therapy and occasional nurse aides, managing common diagnoses such as stroke, trauma, and COPD. Fluency in rapid assessment and adaptability are essential in this fast‑paced environment—a perfect mix of challenging and rewarding work.
