Alliance Services, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Start ASAP; 8-hour day shifts; 40 hours per week. This travel position includes lodging and meal stipends where applicable, with a contract completion bonus.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, charting, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient assessments. Prior experience with elderly patients in post-acute or long-term care is preferred. BLS certification required.
