Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Hours:

40 per week.

• Provide direct patient care on 8‑hour day shifts with block scheduling.
• Maintain charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, and clinical skills including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care.
• Perform IV and titratable drip therapy.
• Support a patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs and LPNs, and 1:8 for CNAs.
• Adhere to floating requirements and be available for at least half of the holidays during the assignment.
• Follow facility policies such as scrub color/dress code.
• Use the ECS charting system.

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Prior experience caring for elderly patients in a post‑acute or long‑term care setting.
• Proficiency with IV and titratable drip therapy.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts (no on‑call responsibilities).
• Must be available for at least half of holidays and every other weekend.

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,440

Contract completion bonus: $500
