Manage work shifts and complete administrative duties to support the Restaurant General Manager.;
Lead restaurant operations in the absence of the RGM to Taco Bell standards.;
Ensure Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.;
Assist with facility maintenance, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads; ensure health and safety standards.;
Address customer complaints quickly and with a smile; provide feedback to restaurant team members; follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
