Account Manager

Join the team at this location to earn a $500 bonus: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days. Minimum starting hourly rate is $17.00 to $18.28 per hour.

The Account Manager provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. The role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Saturday, with Sunday and one additional weekday off. Schedules and overtime may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.

Paid hourly in accordance with Get It Now!'s payroll procedures. Hourly rate: $17.00 to $18.28. Pay is issued weekly.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through white glove service in stores and at customers’ homes, and obtain new orders on the sales floor and over the phone.

• Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling, transportation procedures, and maintaining company vehicles.

• Maintain an inviting store through organized product displays, cleanliness, and refurbishment to like‑new condition.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; company vehicles will be driven.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in‑person attendance.

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing are required. Frequent lifting and moving of heavy items and merchandise. Adherence to all company safety guidelines is mandatory.
