Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Tactical Security Officer! Security License Bonus: $150 for those who already possess a valid WI security license.

• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR record

The primary duty of this role is to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. You must demonstrate a keen sense of observation and the physical ability to patrol diverse environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

  Beaver Dam, WI 53916
• Part‑time (Monday and Tuesday, 1st shift 5 a.m.–2 p.m.)
• Full‑time (Monday–Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m.–11 p.m.)

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a high‑school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First‑aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR record
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is preferred
• State license if required

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
