Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Tactical Security Officer! Security License Bonus: $150 for those who already possess a valid WI security license.
Candidates Must Meet- Must be 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR record
The primary duty of this role is to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. You must demonstrate a keen sense of observation and the physical ability to patrol diverse environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.
Pay & Benefits- Site location:
Beaver Dam, WI 53916 - Part‑time (Monday and Tuesday, 1st shift 5 a.m.–2 p.m.)
- Full‑time (Monday–Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m.–11 p.m.)

- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a high‑school diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- First‑aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR record
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is preferred
- State license if required
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, which will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
