Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial HVAC Foreman, located in Beaver Dam, WI. The selected candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising field teams, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining quality control on all site work. The role will also require effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers while ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion of projects.
Qualifications- Extensive hands‑on experience with HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in managing teams and coordinating daily work activities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Proven organizational skills, including scheduling and time management
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC Technician or EPA Certification are highly desirable
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial HVAC projects is preferred
