Position: Onsite Logistics Specialist I - Construction

The Onsite Logistics Specialist within our field Logistics department, located in Beaver Dam, WI, will oversee all operations for an assigned site or area and provide tooling and material support to field personnel. Responsibilities include coordination of deliveries, inventory management, and vendor‑managed inventory processes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education:

    HS Diploma or GED. ASCM Warehouse, Forklift, Rigging, and Lull certification preferred.
  • Experience:

    2‑3 years of logistics experience.
  • Travel:
    Up to 100%.
  • Work Schedule:

    6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Performs equipment operation duties and material handling.
  • Communicates effectively with internal customers (FTI Field Members and Supervisors).
  • Communicates issues to OLL and crews efficiently.
  • Leads a team of 1–2 members in an area of operation.
  • Serves as a direct point of contact to coordinate needs directly with certain electrical crews (Building POC).
  • Directs material deliveries to the proper location onsite.
  • Helps manage stock levels onsite and the inventory tracker for 2–3 crews.
  • Executes and closes out onsite requests.
  • Maintains proficiency in equipment operation and assists in equipment maintenance and tracking.
  • Conducts daily walkthroughs to monitor stock, cleanliness, and crew needs.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relations through effective problem‑solving techniques.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
