Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

- Greet visitors and announce their arrival.
- Maintain a clean, presentable lobby.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
- Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate person.
- Keep filing up to date.
- Take payments for resident bills and give receipts.
- Answer phones, monitor nursing call system, and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency operating a computer.
- Organized and self‑motivated.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate with peers, visitors, supervisors, and residents.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to make routine decisions requiring little judgment.
