In this role you will provide full-spectrum CONTRACTING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT for the GLOBAL HAWK PROGRAM OFFICE within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Nominal start of work is 27 July 2026.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide support for the administrator of the automated contracting systems including but not limited to, among other tasks, Contract Writing System (Con Write), Con Award, Con Data, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG). The candidate will review contract files for completeness and accuracy, coordinate with higher level administrators to resolve Con Write problems, operate the Con Write administrator software, distribute the finished product and file/maintain contract files.
Additional skills to include:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFFARS
• Sharp administrative skills in office management to include managing calendars, setting appointments, filing, office reception and administrative office procedures
• Profound ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
• Exceptional ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
• Proficient in Defense Travel System (DTS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), Con Write, Con Award, PCOL System, Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS)
• Proficient in Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS), Live Link, and SharePoint Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and record/track program action items and suspenses for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits. Coordinate with functional managers, outside agencies, contractor personnel, and the program office customers. Apply knowledge and experience to answer requests for information and assist with resolution of program issues and provide and present materials to senior AF personnel at AFLCMC, Air Combat Command (ACC) and Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) levels.
Attend initial government-provided training to become proficient in the use of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and the Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS) information systems. Use DSAMS and SAMRS information systems as the primary POC to support Foreign Military Sales Letters of Offer and Acceptance (FMS LOA) and associated manpower profiles/data creation, coordination, amendment, and modification. Manage travel budgets and assist in preparing CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and travel vouchers in a back-up capacity using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Coordinate NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS)-related travel with the US Mission to NATO and Euro Hawk (EH)-related travel with the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) in Germany. Coordinate Pacific Rim-related travel with the appropriate Joint US Military Advisory Group (i.e., Joint US Military Advisory Group - Korea [JUSMAGK]) or Mutual Defense Assurance Office (MDAO). Provide support for the administrator of the automated contracting systems to include, among other tasks, Contract Writing System (Con Write), Con Award, Con Data, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), and Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG).
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Possess a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, along with 3 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD An adjudicated DoD Security clearance on the First Day of employment. The required clearance level is Secret.
