Assistant Buyer with Security Clearance

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a full-time Assistant Buyer to provide support to the procurement department with purchasing material, parts, and services in our Beavercreek, OH office located at The Greene. * Request quotes for goods and services

* Prepare audit compliant files

* Enter and issue purchase orders for goods and services

* Inventory and restock office supplies

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must be a US citizen

* Microsoft Office experience is required (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Must be able to work in an office environment 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday

* Minimum High School diploma or GED

* Motivated, quick learner

* Attention to detail

* Good correspondence skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
