You are the last impression we make on every customer who buys a vehicle. And when we're busy, you are the first impression we make on every guest who walks in.

What You OwnGuest Welcome & Experience
- Welcome every guest who walks through our doors — with intention, not a script
- Tell the SVG story — who we are, how we're different, and why it matters
- When our Sales Professionals are with customers, you make sure no one waits alone, no one feels ignored, and no one leaves without understanding that SVG is not like every other dealer they've been to
- Offer water or coffee, escort guests to the right person, and make the wait feel effortless
- You are not closing deals. You are not negotiating. You are creating the kind of experience that makes people call their friends and say — you have to go to SVG
- Your standard is simple: every guest who walks into SVG Beavercreek should leave feeling like the most important person in the building — whether they bought a car or not
Vehicle Delivery
- Stand in at every vehicle delivery alongside the Sales Professional
- Walk the customer through a complete vehicle orientation using the SVG Delivery Checklist — exterior condition, interior features, technology setup, safety systems, and protection products
- Connect the customer's phone via Bluetooth, walk them through their connected services app, and make sure they leave knowing exactly how to use what they paid for
- Obtain signed customer confirmation of vehicle condition and delivery completion
- Present the Google review QR code at every delivery — before the customer walks out the door
- You are the final human interaction a customer has with SVG — own it
Pre-Delivery Quality Control
- Conduct a full pre-delivery inspection on every sold unit before it reaches the customer
- Nothing leaves without your sign‑off — you are the last gate
- We have had vehicles delivered with issues the customer discovered at home — that ends with this role
Used Car & Service Quality Control
- Drive used vehicles before and after service appointments — document condition on entry and confirm it matches on exit
- Complete the Lot Ready Inspection on every vehicle before it hits the frontline
- Flag condition changes, damage, or missing items before a vehicle is returned to inventory or a customer
- Photos, pricing review, and window sticker confirmed on every lot‑ready unit
Lot & Facility Standards
- Daily lot walk — vehicles straight, clean, properly staged, prices posted
- Detail supply inventory and recon bay organization maintained
- Coordinate vehicle readiness timelines with Sales and Service
We are open Monday–Thursday 9am–7pm and Friday–Saturday 9am–6pm. With two Guest Experience Specialists on staff, we maintain full coverage across all open hours. Schedules are staggered to ensure afternoon and Saturday peak coverage with both people on the floor. Full schedule details provided at interview.

- Warm, confident, and genuinely comfortable with people — this is a hospitality role as much as it is an automotive role
- Detail‑oriented in a way others find excessive — you are the last line of quality control on every vehicle we deliver
- Takes ownership — if something is wrong you say so before it becomes someone else’s problem
- Valid driver’s license required — clean driving record
- Background in hospitality, customer service, automotive, or any guest‑facing role is a strong fit
