• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday:
  Off
• Friday: 11 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages and routing calls as necessary
• Receive payments and print invoices for the customer
• Ensure that records and files are kept current and, in order, ready for the service department
• Use a credit card machine and make changes when needed for the customer
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Balance and reconcile daily cash drawer
• Perform any other support tasks assigned by the sales, service, and parts department

• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a busy multi-line phone system
• Valid license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Screen
