A dental hygienist provides patient-centered oral health care, working closely with dentists to assess, educate, and develop personalized treatment plans. • Partner with dentists to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform clinical assessments using digital technology such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning.
• Educate patients on oral health and facilitate case acceptance.
• Manage schedules and supplies autonomously to ensure comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the hygiene team for mentorship and support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through structured training and continuing education programs.

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
