You Have:- 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) simulation and training environments
- Experience applying Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing DoD security controls, and supporting system accreditation
- Knowledge of High‑Level Architecture, Distributed Interactive Simulation, and Open Mission Systems standards
- Ability to architect, integrate, and manage complex systems across distributed simulation environments
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on SCARS standards
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or CS field
- IAT Level II Certification
- Experience with Air Force or DoD acquisitions, program planning, and coordination, including the use of Microsoft Project and Excel to support these activities
- Experience in LAN or WAN infrastructure, remote connectivity solutions, and network hardware, including routers, bridges, and firewalls
- Knowledge of systems engineering and standards processes, based on the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK)
- Knowledge of cloud technology, software virtualization and containerization, Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and Digital Engineering (DE)
- Possession of strong communication and public speaking skills
- Top Secret clearance
