You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) simulation and training environments
  • Experience applying Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing DoD security controls, and supporting system accreditation
  • Knowledge of High‑Level Architecture, Distributed Interactive Simulation, and Open Mission Systems standards
  • Ability to architect, integrate, and manage complex systems across distributed simulation environments
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback on SCARS standards
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or CS field
  • IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Air Force or DoD acquisitions, program planning, and coordination, including the use of Microsoft Project and Excel to support these activities
  • Experience in LAN or WAN infrastructure, remote connectivity solutions, and network hardware, including routers, bridges, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and standards processes, based on the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK)
  • Knowledge of cloud technology, software virtualization and containerization, Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and Digital Engineering (DE)
  • Possession of strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Top Secret clearance
