Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Physicist to develop cutting‑edge modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities for the U.S. warfighter. The role involves creating new architecture models and frameworks for ground‑based air defense systems, and developing algorithms and software for modern radar signal space.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, evaluate, and improve M&S techniques, software, and algorithms for electronic warfare and radar signal processing.
Build architecture models and frameworks for existing and emerging air defense systems.
Program in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python to implement signal processing and electronic warfare techniques.
Collaborate with defense and intelligence stakeholders to impact user capabilities.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in signal processing or radar analysis
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, C++, and Python
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics
- Experience with statistical analysis, AI/ML, and mathematical optimization
- Knowledge of electronic warfare methods, mission analysis, and signal analysis
- Experience in Agile software development
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred);
Doctorate degree (a plus)

Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
