Job

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cross‑functional engineers to accomplish assigned projects
  • Lead all engineering efforts for a project or projects on time and within budget
  • Review customer specifications and requirements to ensure design and development compliance
  • Monitor and provide budget, cost, and schedule status for assigned projects
  • Communicate clearly (written and oral) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with program management and participate in the preparation of project proposals
  • Coordinate closely with engineering management to appropriately resource assigned projects
  • Work with technicians, support personnel, and others to align technical activities and progress
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines sufficient to lead engineers on the project team
  • U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
