Marathon TS is seeking an experienced AFSIM Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will develop, integrate, and execute mission‑level simulation models to evaluate operational concepts, system performance, and mission effectiveness.
Collaborate with systems engineering to translate mission needs into measurable outcomes (MOPs, MOEs, KPPs) and document assumptions. You will produce repeatable analysis artifacts for program reviews and stakeholder consumption.
