We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Client Relations Specialist to join our insurance agency located right inside Jeff Wyler Kia Colerain. This is a unique entry-level role where you aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring—you are on the move, meeting our customers where they are!
Responsibilities- Be the friendly face of our agency, circulating through the dealership—visiting the showroom, the service lobby, and the parts department—to strike up conversations with our automotive clients.
- Greet customers with genuine warmth while they wait for their vehicle or browse new models.
- Explain the benefits of a quick insurance review and obtain official authorization for our agents to provide a quote.
- Work hand-in-hand with the car sales and service teams to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.
- Paid Licensing:
We will cover the costs of your insurance licensing exams and fees. - Paid Study Time:
We’ll actually pay you your hourly wage to study for your license during work hours. - Career Pathing:
Once licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a full Producer or Agent role with significantly higher earning potential.
