MTSI – a 100% employee‑owned engineering services and solutions company. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top‑Secret clearance, supporting a Government Office at WPAFB, Ohio.
- Familiar with and use government financial systems including Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRs), Commander's Resource Integration System (CRIS), Shared Data Warehouse, and other systems within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
- Use PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Enter accounting data for commitments, obligations, and expenditure details.
- Plan, budget, and execute financial operations.
- Assist with contract reconciliation and contract closeout.
- Reconcile accounting data, develop financial charts, and provide status of unliquidated obligations, including DAR‑Q documentation.
- Consult with management regarding financial status and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare program information, conduct analyses, prepare and present briefings, document decisions, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams.
- Assist in planning and developing forecasts for obligations and expenditures.
- Prepare, submit, and certify various funding documents.
- Assist in preparing daily audit reviews and self‑inspection checklists.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Financial Management experience.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- Experience with the MS Office Suite.
- Must possess a minimum of a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top‑Secret Security Clearance; duties will require unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities.
- 12 months or more of experience in an SAP environment within the last 5 years is highly preferred.
- Starting PTO accrual of 20 days PTO/year + 10 holidays/year.
