Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Behavioral Health Technician, based in Beavercreek, OH. The Behavioral Health Technician will assist in implementing evidence‑based behavioral intervention plans, working one‑on‑one with children to support skill development and promote independence. Additional responsibilities include gathering and documenting data on patient progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and communicating effectively with supervisors and families to ensure continuity of care.
The role may also involve participating in training and professional development activities.
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skills in Behavioral Intervention and understanding principles of Psychology
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and families
- Ability to observe, collect, and document data accurately
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children’s growth and independence
- Previous experience in a related field such as education, social work, or mental health is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Willingness to complete required training and certification (e.g., RBT certification) as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment
