We are seeking a creative and compassionate Direct Support Professional for our echoing

U program. This position is responsible for assisting echoing

U students in experiencing educational, habilitation, community involvement, and work/skill training as well as providing and implementing consistent programming and engaging classroom activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a habilitation or educational setting along with coursework toward a higher education is preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar role is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Reliable and responsible with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license required along with an insurable driving record according to the Echoing Hills Village insurance carriers.
