** MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the following location with the specific license type: LPCC-SCan supervise fully remote from any location within the state of OH; however, must reside permanently within the state of OH and must agree to MEET IN PERSON WITH THEIR RESIDENT ONE TIME (INITIAL SUPERVISION MEETING).Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Ohio This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

A mix of telehealth sessions and face-to-face sessions with patients is available at the following locations:

About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Key Responsibilities Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.

Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)
Willingness to provide documentation oversight

Coaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinician

Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.

Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.

Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.

Supervisor Requirements for LPCC-S in OHLPCC-S Requirements:

Licensed professional counselors who hold the supervision designation prior to January 1, 2013 may continue to hold that designation as long as they maintain it in good standing.(a) Document a minimum of twenty-four hours of academic preparation or board approved continuing education coursework in counselor supervision training including training six hours in each area as follows:(i) Assessment, evaluation and remediation which includes initial, formative and summative assessment of supervisee knowledge, skills and self-awareness;

components of evaluation e.g. evaluation criteria and expectations, supervisory procedures, methods for monitoring (both direct and indirect observation) supervisee performance, formal and informal feedback mechanisms, and evaluation processes (both summative and formative), and processes and procedures for remediation of supervisee skills,…
