** Standard This position will be learning K 's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting. The candidate must have experience in supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field and 5 years experience
* Desire to learn K 's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with US Government contracting
* Experience supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

*** Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Active TS/SCI security clearance.
* Prior experience in government or military roles - contracting or operations
