- Lead development teams in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of modern software solutions.
- Define and maintain software architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews while enforcing software quality standards.
- Mentor software engineers and provide technical guidance across programs.
- Support hiring activities including interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, and workforce development.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute software strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with customers, program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused software capabilities.

- Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations
- Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Sec Ops methodologies
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
- Experience with database technologies
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Startup company experience AWS and AWS Gov Cloud expertise
- Kubernetes experience
- Knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience supporting DoD or federal government customers
