• Lead development teams in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of modern software solutions.
• Define and maintain software architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews while enforcing software quality standards.
• Mentor software engineers and provide technical guidance across programs.
• Support hiring activities including interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, and workforce development.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute software strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customers, program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused software capabilities.

• Clearance:
  Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading software development teams or engineering organizations
• Expertise architecting complex cloud-based and distributed software systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
• Experience with database technologies

• Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Startup company experience AWS and AWS Gov Cloud expertise
• Kubernetes experience
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government customers
