Complexity Simplified. Mission Amplified. What You’ll Do- Integration Development:
Design, configure, test, and deploy integration maps, APIs, and workflows to exchange data bi-directionally between PTC Windchill and downstream/upstream systems. - Windchill Data Domain Alignment:
Map complex PLM structures—including Part/BOM management, Change Objects (ECR/ECN), CAD structures, and documents to external system schemas using Windchill native APIs and Info
* Engine. - Architecture & Performance Tuning:
Optimize integration flows for high volume, low latency, and operational resilience. Troubleshoot interface failures, memory/performance bottlenecks, and data transformation errors. - Traceability & Governance:
Implement cross-domain traceability solutions to maintain data integrity and support audit requirements across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. - Deployment & Lifecycle Management:
Manage integration deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Maintain upgrade-tolerant interfaces during PLM platform updates. - Collaboration & Technical Specs:
Translate business process requirements into clear technical specifications, data maps, and deployment documentation alongside Solution Architects and Functional Analysts. - Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integration flows connecting windchill to critical enterprise platforms—including but not limited to ERP, MES, ALM, and legacy engineering databases.
- Leverage low-code/no-code modules to build API-driven data pipelines that enable seamless cross-system data synchronization, automated change management, and digital thread traceability
