Our Global Supply Chain organization seeks a qualified candidate in Beavercreek, OH to manage goods movement and support production flow.

The Goods Movement Manager oversees the coordination of production schedules and ensures timely movement of parts, materials, and assemblies. This role includes estimating timescales with clients, driving supplier delivery performance, setting execution targets, and tracking performance to achieve program financial goals. The manager leads multi‑disciplined teams, develops process improvements, and creates tools for exceptional performance.

• Manage team to company goals with KPIs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow of production staff.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees per company policy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through process controls on the manufacturing floor.
• Develop trend‑analysis tools for WIP and inventory to signal abnormalities and guide corrections.
• Monitor each program’s plan and actuals to ensure optimal line balancing, WIP control, and elimination of over production.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, inventory management, or production ORa Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in the same fields ORHigh School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in the same fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required and ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access as needed.

• SAP ERP experience.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Scheduling experience (Microsoft Project, Open Plan).
• Experience managing aerospace production control and/or warehousing.

Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. The range is a guideline; base pay is determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
