Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Tech (Inspector) for the 2nd Shift at the Beavercreek Site. Responsibilities include applying fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical problems, defining problems, collecting data, interpreting service manuals and blueprints, and using shop measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers. The role requires lifting 10–25 pounds frequently and 20–50 pounds occasionally. Mandatory/random drug testing may be required.
The position pays $22.75 per hour plus a $1.50 premium for 2nd Shift work.

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in manufacturing and/or quality or aerospace environment
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or granted asylee/refugee status)
- Successfully pass a drug screen (as applicable)
- Understanding or ability to learn use of measuring gauges such as manual calipers
Safety is a top priority. We provide most protective gear including hearing protection if needed. The facility has received OSHAS’s highest safety rating. A $125 voucher is provided for safety shoes and another voucher for safety prescription glasses.
The work environment includes operating around moving machines, forklifts, mobile carts and cranes, and exposure to dust, fumes or smoke within OSHA permissible exposure levels.
Temperature:
Most areas are climate controlled.
