The Director of Marketing Planning & Performance is a senior marketing leader responsible for connecting enterprise strategy to execution and ensuring marketing investments drive measurable business outcomes. This role oversees enterprise marketing planning, prioritization, performance measurement, budgeting, and go-to-market strategy while leading a team of marketing planning and performance professionals.
The position partners closely with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into marketing initiatives that improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. The Director establishes a unified marketing operating model that aligns strategy, creative execution, operations, and performance measurement while optimizing resource allocation and campaign ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with experience building high-performing marketing organizations, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving transformation through analytics, automation, personalization, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
- Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, planning, and annual marketing roadmap development
- Partner with business units to align marketing priorities with organizational goals
- Own marketing prioritization, intake processes, and resource allocation frameworks
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, KPI development, and performance reporting
