Endoscopy Center of Dayton, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care, seeks a skilled and compassionate Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse to join our team. As PAT Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.

• Coordinate nursing care and work as a team to collect and analyze assessment data.
• Determine nursing diagnosis, identify expected outcomes, and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify and implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluate patient/family progress toward attainment of outcomes and document the process.
• Provide care that is sensitive to age‑specific and unique needs of the patient/family.
• Maintain competency in pre‑admission testing procedures and protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
