Licensed Practical Nurse – The Ashford of Beavercreek

Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time or PRN. Pay Rate: $29 per hour plus shift differential.

You will deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring a safe, comfortable, at‑home environment.

• Collaborate with the care team to provide quality care aligning with the core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, always striving for an excellent experience.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation.

• Valid, unencumbered state nursing license for LPN.
• One or more years of experience as an LPN.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• Collaborative spirit and strong work ethic.
