Summit Home Care and Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to join our hospice team. The RN will plan, direct, and evaluate care for terminally ill patients in their homes, coordinating with families and physicians to promote comfort and quality of life.
The full-time role involves on-the-road patient visits with occasional office training, plus an on-call rotation. An active RN license, CPR, and driver’s license are required; hospice experience is preferred.
