As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Drive sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in‑store signature experience.
• People leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, hold associates accountable to AEO service standards.
• Talent & training: recruit and hire strong talent, prioritize training and development to embed a Guest First culture.
