Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

This role involves stocking and maintaining freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring product quality and temperature control, and delivering member-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment. It is a part-time position with potential eligibility for benefits and company programs described below.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducts safety sweeps; follows proper forklift spotting procedures; handles and disposes of hazardous materials according to policy; reports unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.
• Participates in the overall store operations as part of the Sam’s Club Team, including adhering to safety and quality standards and supporting customers and fellow associates.
