Key Holder; Part-Time

Position: Key Holder (Part-Time)
Boot Barn -  -  - Responsibilities:
Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships;
Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge (including features and benefits) to customers;
Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, item add-ons and customer information capture rates;
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales setup, and store housekeeping;
Complete opening and closing procedures to company standards and comply with Time and Attendance policy and laws
