Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Provide exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store;
Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets, refreshes, window installations, and seasonal decor;
Manage product replenishment, mannequin placement, and store atmosphere (scent, music, layout);
Communicate effectively with the executive team and participate in training and development of associates
