Position Summary
Member Frontline Services Associate will provide member service, maintain checkout and security areas, resolve member issues, promote and assist with product purchases, train crew, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Responsibilities- Provide member service and support for self‑service technology.
- Maintain checkout area and ensure all equipment functions correctly.
- Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
- Follow safety and security procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
- Manage entrance, zone, and exit areas, verify membership, and assist members with locating merchandise.
- Maintain and organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and handle proper returns.
- Provide training to new and existing associates on processes, technology, and program rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
- Retail experience with front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment.

Hourly wage range $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums may add $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
