Position:
Casual Part-Time Sales Associate

Our Sunglass Hut team thrives on passion for fashion, customer service, and innovation. As a Sales Associate you’ll bring a fun and energizing experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Learn in a dynamic retail environment and grow your customer expertise.

• Drive sales and build relationships: hit sales targets, exceed expectations, and connect with customers.
• Become a vision expert: offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.

• Collaborate and contribute: work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
• Foster inclusion and respect: cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service: experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Sales savvy: thrive in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented: comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience while maintaining accuracy.
• Fashion forward: ability to help customers find the perfect look.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable: resilient and eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay range: $17.98 per hour. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skill and local minimum wage. Ongoing bonuses and commission plans are also available. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
