Core Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate you’re a results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of Care in your written and verbal communication skills.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Embrace adventure and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving on time.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Work typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week) and be reliable during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
