Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Direct activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Lead and support the Store Leader to drive associate and guest engagement;
Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization, shipment and product prep, inventory/damages audits, and banking/loss prevention systems;
Train new associates on operational processes and manage payroll;
Execute opening/closing procedures and floor-set coordination
