Job DescriptionAs a Sales Associate at Orange theory Fitness – West Coast Fitness, you will be the first responder and face of each studio, engaging members and guests with enthusiasm and driving top‑tier membership and retail sales. The role focuses on member experience while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators in membership sales, renewals, and retail concessions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Cultivate genuine, experience‑focused connections with members and guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and outreach regarding membership status.
- Ensure a friendly, helpful, and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
- Deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.
- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
- Perform telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer care calls.
- Host OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile.
- Participate in 1–2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Execute proper onboarding of all OTF members via Client Intake and Membership Agreement forms.
- Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs, events, and meetings.
- Establish and maintain an effective referral program.
- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
- Maintain a clean lobby/front desk area.
- Process accurate credit card transactions.
- Perform follow‑up and follow‑through activities with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.
- High‑level customer service skills.
- Previous sales experience with a strong sales quota.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Functional computer skills (Microsoft Office, site navigation, reporting, data entry).
- Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours as needed.
- Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
- High school diploma.
- Health and fitness‑minded individuals highly preferred.
