Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You will assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by management while acting in a manner that aligns with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and team.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.50–$15.52. Pay is determined by geographic region, experience, and other factors.
