This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Technician role based in Beavercreek, OH. The Assistant Technician will support cleaning operations, including exterior cleaning of various surfaces, soft washing, sealing, restorations, and other maintenance tasks. Daily responsibilities include working with industrial-grade cleaning equipment, ensuring job safety, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Technician may assist in the installation of holiday lighting during the festive season.

This role requires a focus on precision, quality, and teamwork to contribute to the company’s success.

• Technical skills such as operating industrial cleaning equipment, applying cleaning solutions, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols effectively.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
