As a back-end developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer like you with the skills needed to develop sof tware and systems from vision to production ready.

This role is more than just coding. As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

• 4+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications
• 4+ years of experience designing, optimizing and maintaining No
  
  SQL databases
• Experience with Python coding
• Experience leading end-to-end design, scoping, and implementation of AWS-based tools
• Experience with API Development
• Experience in image processing, data exploitation, and analysis algorithm development
• Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Active TS / SCI clearance ; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in s of tware engineering, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience in s of tware engineering

• Experience with DynamoDB
• Experience with C++
• Experience with sof tware configuration management using Git
• Experience with containerization tools and techniques
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
